Hi, I wanted share the Elsa Birthday cake I did a little while ago for my daughter’s Party.

I made the Elsa Birthday cake out of an Italian sponge cake, filled with a raspberry jam and custard and then finished off with chocolate ganache.
I covered the sculpted cake using a mixture of renshaw fondant and edible dusts.

At the moment I am trying out many cake decorating things, i am loving doing it all, creating and learning is giving me some piece of mind in these stressful times.
